Campbelltown City Council is one of the largest local government areas within NSW, with a very high percentage of internet users.
Balance Design Group has been their website company for since 2001/2002.
Brief:
Upgrade the INGENS Portal Management System to the new INGENS v5.0 with multitude of new features and user functionality, along with a new design interface.
Solution:
Take the existing site, redesign it and recode it to work with the latest version opf our portal management software.
Outcome:

The site is currently so successful that we are now moving it to a bigger server that can process more concurrent users.
