Company: A retail chain of custom and designer jewellery, specialising in silver, gems, watches and men's accessories.
Bijoux has seven retail stores throughout New South Wales, and chose the internet as their next store opening.
Brief: To create an online retail store for Bijoux, which integrates seamlessly with their current business operations.
Solution: The key to the success of the site is a combination of usabilty and product photography. The site had to incorporate a product catalogue which is easy to administer for uploading new products and prices, along with site content management and an email marketing system.
Outcome: Since launching the site has generated more revenue than the initial set-up cost. With no physical leases and very low operating costs, the site is being used more and more by Bijoux to promote sales and transact business, as it secures high margin sales for the company.
